Road Test

An increasing number of people are turning away from chemicals in daily life, including their skin care, and they’re seeking out more natural products to use for everything from washing their bodies to nourishing their skin. The issue I had with a large number of natural products in the past, however, is that while they might have done a reasonable job with moisturising or cleansing, they didn’t do much else. Fast forward to today and all that has changed. MooGoo is a good example of how affordable products are being formulated with fewer chemicals, but in a way which can also help the skin to improve from sensitivity to the signs of ageing. Its new Night Time Face Cream is one for every beauty lover to consider, a rich and restorative treatment moisturiser which you use at night when the body’s natural repair mode is activated. The formula includes antioxidant rich plant oils to improve skin texture and elasticity, Hyaluronic Acid to help keep skin plump and hydrated, and a lineup of vitamins including B, C, E. There’s also a compound extracted from Green Tea Extract and a blend of soothing additives including Borage Seed Oil, Aloe Vera and Cucumber, to keep skin calm and hydrated. And finally, there’s Lactic Acid, a naturally occurring Hydroxy Acid, which loosens the glue that holds dead skin cells together, and therefore helps to remove rough or flaky skin, while also stimulating collagen production for a more youthful appearance. The result? After using this product for a week my skin looked plump and hydrated and was glowing. And just like all of our other creams, it’s free of chemical preservatives like Phenoxyethanol and Parabens, along with Glycols and Silicones, which ticks all the boxes if you’re looking for a power-packed moisturiser without the nasties.

Beauty In Travel Loves

  • The cream is lightweight and silky smooth.
  • It comes in a tube, but you can always put some in a smaller jar if you’re travelling.
  • The melts into the skin, leaving it feeling smooth and hydrated.

Insider Tips

  • Don’t be put off by the earthy smell- it’s just a Hops extract in the formula used to keep the cream fresh instead of preservatives.
  • As with all natural products, patch test for allergies before use.

You may have seen this range around. Moo Goo. Yes they are a conscious brand. A lot of those nasties left out. We don’t want those on our skin. No no no. Vitamin B C E included. Aloe Vera you’re in! Yes it’s a team of goodness. Apply at night with cleansed face. Then while sleeping zzzz Moo Goo Night Creamy works really really well. I love this. Yes the name grabbed me. There is a natural smell, no not like a cow grazing in paddock. But a nice natural smell that makes one feel like they’re helping the earth by smelling like it. I love it because my skin feels nourished like when I eat salad every day for two weeks and my inside feels great and healthy. This is how Moo Goo works on the outside. There’s a range of goodness in Moo Goo brand but this the only one I’ve brought. Moo Goo Night Time cream. I was happy with it after a month that I bought it again. 4 stars from me. Could be slightly cheaper.
