The Space
I’ve stayed at Mantra Legends numerous times when travelling with my partner and visiting family in Surfers Paradise for a variety of reasons. One is the great location, and the other is that the hotel ticks many boxes where facilities are concerned for travellers, including the spacious rooms and the relaxing lagoon pool. In 2012 the hotel was updated with new carpeting and a refresh to the hotel lobby and Tales Bar, and upgrades to the gardens and terraced areas around the pool. The accommodations are also nicely appointed with plenty of style and colour.
Where We Stayed
On this trip we stayed in a hotel deluxe studio which had a high floor corner position, and benefited from a combination of ocean and city views. The studio was both comfortable and practical for a longer stay, with a simple decor of neutral tones and splashes of colour. Features included a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a stove top, a toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, a dishwasher and a mini bar fridge, a decent sized private balcony with seating for two, a comfortable double bed, and plenty of storage. Additional amenities which make longer stays more convenient include an iron and ironing board, cable TV and wireless internet.
