The Main Tower and the newly renovated Executive Tower together have over a thousand modern rooms designed to provide new horizons for luxury travel.

  • Location: Situated in the heart of downtown Seoul, the hotel is just over an hour drive from Incheon International Airport. There are train and bus options as well which will take a little longer. The hotel is about a five-minute drive distance from Seoul Railway station.

The Executive Tower is newly renovated and a prestigious space with exceptional services. The rooms are decorated with warm colours and reflect the luxury you expect in a five-star hotel.

You can get to Namdaemun Market (large traditional market) or Insa-dong (a lively area for souvenirs, Korean eateries and tea houses) in about 8 minutes via the shuttle buses from the hotel.
  • Why go:  Seoul is surrounded by eight mountains with the river Han dividing the city into north and south. It is one of the world’s friendliest and fun cities to visit. There are so many markets, museums, historical sites, shopping districts, fantastic restaurants and cafes that you can choose from. Lotte Hotel is one of the best places to come back to after a busy day of activities in Seoul.

The Space

Lotte Hotel Seoul features world-class restaurants, banquet facilities, health and fitness facilities and shopping options nearby. The indoor swimming pool and the Sauna are perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Within 10-15 minutes’ walk you can get to malls, restaurants, cafes, and it is safe to go out at night in the area. Korean people like eating out so you will have plenty of company.

Where We Stayed

Our room for two nights was a Deluxe King room in the Main Tower with an area of around 40 square meters in size. The décor was elegant with warm lighting. The private marble bathroom has a spacious shower and a large bathtub and comes with amenities you would expect in a five-star hotel. The room was equipped with a desk, minibar and safe.

Insider Tips

  • There are so many places to visit in Seoul; we recommend a Pedicab ride tour of Bukchon Hanok Village which is a good experience. We used Artee Pedicabthey are very knowledgeable about the area and help explore hidden alleyways and their stories.
  • If you are planning to withdraw local cash from ATMs, some of them only have Korean language options. Get help from one of the hotel staff if needed
