Road Test

As mentioned in last week’s beauty blog, Covid-19 has spread quickly across the world during 2020. And as a result, people have upped their use of alcohol based sanitisers, not only to keep their hands clean, but also the things they come into contact with, in order to reduce their risk of infection or spreading the illness. During the course of the year a number of beauty and health brands were inspired to develop their own sanitising products, with ECOYA being one of them. The luxury lifestyle and beauty brand recently launched a range of Fragranced Hand Sanitisers, along with a Fragranced Sanitiser Spray you can use on things you handle on the go, from your keyboard and computer at work, to door knobs, cutlery, and all manner of items your hands come into contact with away from home. As with hand sanitisers, the effectiveness of a spray depends on the amount of alcohol it contains, which should be at least 60 per cent. ECOYA Fragranced Sanitiser Spray contains 70 per cent alcohol, and it comes in several delicious fragrances, turning a practical and essential task into one which is ultimately more pleasant. I was sent the Lotus Flower to road test, fusing Australian white lotus flower with Pacific vanilla and patchouli. What you experience when you sanitise anything is a warm and delicately spicy mix which is also somewhat relaxing. This spray sanitiser smells great and it’s a convenient multitasker for anyone on the go. It also comes in a petite, stylish bottle which is easy to carry with you on your travels, or to work, and it’s a great companion for the 40mls tube of Fragranced Hand Sanitiser (rrp $9.95).
