The stunning infinity pool around which the resort is built has to be seen to be believed. Coming with a 180-degree ocean view, it’s the perfect place to soak your way to relaxation.
  • What’s nearby:If you feel like leaving the resort, the little town of Panwa is just a few minutes walk away and has a handful of authentic Thai restaurants. The hotel also provides a regular shuttle bus to nearby beaches, larger towns and the local market, and it can deliver you to a rather touristy shopping mall.
  • Why go: This lovely, luxury resort ticks all the boxes for both a romantic escape somewhere idyllic, as well as an escape to improve your wellness. The serenity here cannot be beaten.

The Space

Thailand’s first destination spa is set across multiple levels on a lush, tropical hillside, rising from the Andaman Sea. Each room is filled with a light airiness and a sense of expansiveness thanks to the high-pitched roofs and floor-to-ceiling windows that are typical of the hut like structures. Bathrooms are also oversized and luxuriously appointed with beautiful personal products, robes, slippers and fluffy towels.  The complimentary mini bar and a delicious assortment of fresh fruits and snacks are stocked daily and room service is available around the clock. With Pool Pavilions and Villas featuring their own extensive sundecks and infinity pools, it’s easy to simply laze in the tropical paradise enjoying both the privacy and luxury, without ever stepping outside.

Where We Stayed

We were fortunate to stay in one of the beautiful Bay View Pool Villas, a 150 square metre space which enjoyed a decor of warm earthy tones, and had several practical seating options including an opium sofa that could be used to sleep an extra person. The view from our large and comfortable bed overlooked the shimmering waters of Cape Panwa bay; it's all very romantic, the windows coming with electronic blinds which are controlled via a remote. More like a house in its spaciousness, marbled floors led through two expansive bathrooms to a freestanding porcelain bath also positioned to take in the magnificent views. A large outside deck featured two sun lounges and a shade umbrella to ensure full use of our private infinity pool.
