Road Test

Over the years as a frequent traveller, I’ve grown to love products which are gentle on the skin and which can do more than one job. Fortunately Natralus Australia has a lineup of products which tick both boxes, and I was recently sent a collection to test. In case you haven’t heard of the brand, Natralus has been around for 10 years, and is an Australian-owned and family-run company based in Mount Barker, South Australia known for making affordable, all-natural skin care products. The first product I tested was Soothing Skin Relief, because it is a 99 per cent pure and organic aloe vera gel. Aloe vera is a natural ingredient which hydrates, cools the skin and is great for sunburn; I never travel without it, and it often becomes my daily moisturiser during the hot and humid southeastern Queensland summer. The offering from Natralus Australia comes in three tube sizes, including a 30g one ideal for travellers, and a gel spray. To use it, all you need to do is apply generously as needed and where needed for instant hydration and relief.

Next up is Intensive Skin Therapy Moisturising Lotion, containing the hero products aloe vera, paw paw and vitamin E. It also comes in three sizes, with 95 per cent of the ingredients organic, and it’s a lovely, light lotion which banishes dryness or dehydration instantly, and melts into the skin quickly ideal for anyone on the go. Ultra Skin Repair comes in four sizes including a gel spray, blending organic paw paw, soothing aloe vera and vitamin E which work together to heal damaged or irritated skin. And from the Essential Paw Paw lineup, which includes four handy sizes and a lip butter, the Essential Paw Paw Ointment has a lovely silky formula containing shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter and calendula as well as nourishing paw paw, which can moisturise, as well as sooth minor cuts, grazes and stings. Finally, Natralus Australia has a lineup of five different lip butters, including Nourishing Paw Paw. It contains 50mg of organic Australian paw paw in every tube, and is enriched with shea butter and vitamin E, with a nice natural cocoa butter flavour. It is great for relieving dry or cracked lips, or just to give your lips a nourishing boost.
