If you’re on the road, and desire a flawless complexion with long wear at the same time, you need to have a great foundation in hand which ticks all the boxes. This is a great one to consider.

  • What Is It: A lightweight foundation for medium coverage.
  • Why buy: It delivers a flawless complexion which is long lasting.
  • The Details: Erre Due Neverending Foundation costs rrp $45 and comes in seven shades, from www.erreduemakeup.com/en.

Road Test

As I mentioned in my blog last week, Erre Due is a brand hailing from Greece which I’ve recently discovered, and if you haven’t heard of it, its lineup includes top quality makeup and skincare products with affordable price tags. Its foundations, which are top notch, do different jobs, and I have been fortunate enough to try two which I picked as ideal for travellers. The first product I tried (last week) is Skinlike Foundation, which does exactly what it promises, delivering light, sheer coverage and making your skin look smooth yet natural. The second I got to try is Neverending Foundation which, while still lightweight on the skin, offers medium coverage with the bonus of being long wearing up to 16 hours. I’ve mentioned my love-hate relationship with foundations many times before, including in last week’s blog, and I generally prefer using BB creams, tinted moisturisers and skin enhancers, especially when I travel. However, when it comes to needing more coverage, and being in situations where I don’t want to have to top makeup up during the day, Neverending Foundation rocks. I really liked the way it felt on my skin, and the way it make my skin look, and it felt good on my skin all day long without a hint of tightness or dryness. And there are other perks. The creamy formula contains a combination of active ingredients which make it both easy to apply, and smooth evenly on the face, delivering an even, flawless complexion. It also protects your skin with an SPF15. A major bonus was that this lovely, creamy foundation lasts up to 16 hours, which for me was an early start, a long day in Brisbane working, followed by after work drinks! From the start of the day until I removed the foundation that night, my skin looked great, and it felt great. And what’s not to love about that?

Beauty In Travel Loves

  • The foundation is also long wearing but doesn’t dry your skin over time.
  • You won’t need top ups during a long day, or while travelling.
  • The pump bottle is lightweight and great for travellers.

Insider Tips

  • If you want all the perks but less coverage, I found this foundation great to mix with a creamy moisturiser.
