Another week, another spa visit. This time it was a most enjoyable morning spent with a girlfriend at the Alysium Spa at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney, followed by delectable yum cha at Sky Phoenix.

Air New Zealand's profit slump of 61% to just under $30million for the half year is another worrying sign for airlines in the Pacific region, and for airline workers it must be leaving them with some sleepless nights.
